Benjamin A. Wagner

Benjamin A Wagner Ben joined Regan Tax Law in 2008, first as a law clerk and then as an attorney.

Before joining the firm, Ben was a law clerk with England’s largest telecommunications company, British Telecom, where he worked on a multitude of tax related issues. He also worked on tax issues, including challenging property tax assessments and resolving residency issues, with a local law firm.

At Regan Tax Law, Ben has represented clients on a wide variety of issues, gaining special expertise disputing Minnesota Department of Revenue proposed adjustments in a sales and use tax audits, eliminating proposed IRS assessments for the trust fund recovery penalty, and helping small businesses negotiate compromises and repayment schedules for their outstanding tax obligations.

Ben continues to show his passion for the law through his volunteer work for the YMCA Youth in Government and the American Bar Association Pro Se Taxpayer Initiative.
